Ephesians 1:3

Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ;
- Ephesians 1:3

Blessed be the God and Father - The false teachers in Ephesus would not have blessed the God and Father of Jesus because they thought that the God and Father of Jesus was a Gentile god.

of our Lord Jesus Christ - By using the title "Lord" with the name Jesus, Paul corrects the false teachings on Lordship. By using the title "Christ" with the name Jesus, Paul corrects the false teaching that the Christ that had come was a spirit.

who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ - The false teachers were saying that those who followed the Way of the Flesh would be blessed in a physical sense (riches, power) when the Kingdom of God was established at the end of the age. Those who followed the Way of the Spirit would not ascend to heaven but would be in the good part of Hades. Paul responds by saying that they were already blessed with all spiritual blessings (not physical) and they would not be in Hades but were already in heaven in Christ.
