Ephesians 4:10

He who descended is the one who also ascended far above all of heaven, that he might fill all of us.
- Ephesians 4:10

Paul is saying that that the person who descended into Hades is the same person who ascended into heaven.  This was to counter the false teaching in Ephesus of Jesus and Christ being two seperate persons.
