False Differences Between The Apostles And New Testament Prophets

Background:

The false teachers were misinterpreting prophetic words given by New Testament Prophets and using them to support their false teachings.

The False Teaching:

The Apostles (such as Paul) were lying or did not teach all there was about Christ and salvation because they had not been given full revelation. The Apostles only laid a foundation and the Prophets and the false teachers came in later to build on that foundation.
