which is his body - The Two Ways were causing there to be two bodies in the Church. Paul says there is one body and we are Christ's body.

the fullness of him - Paul uses the word "fullness" to describe the expansion of God's favor from the Jews to the Gentiles and anyone who would believe in Christ.

who fills all of us in every way - False teachers were saying that the Spirit of Christ filled those of the Way of the Spirit but Paul says he fills everyone in every way.
